I was responsible for the layout and design of various publications and to monitor that the various freelance designers met the required design standards and deadlines. Once all layouts were completed I would prepare the publications for print and ensure printers received all material and ensure that deadlines were met.
While fulfilling the above activities I ensured that all clients advertising material were received on deadline and that it met the technical requirements. I was responsible for ensuring that all departments, suppliers, clients and contributors were aware of the deadlines and that they were met.
