While I was responsible for some design my main responsibilities were to ensure that all production/traffic within the company were fulfilled. Panorama Publications published a number of publications (including AnimalTalk, CatsLife, VetsLife, Dog Directory, Horse Quarterly, Friends in Harness and Skyways) and calendars and a website I had to ensure that all departments, contractors and suppliers met deadlines.
Furthermore I ensured all orders (print, mail and distribution), mailing/distribution lists and print instructions were prepared for the relevant parties. Additionally I ensured accurate records were maintained and reported to the ABC, I had to implement adequate systems were maintained by the store man and circulations/distribution department. I then complied and submitted reports to ABC.

- All advertising material met technical requirements
- Ensure that the layout of the magazine met design standards
- Ensure that final magazine was print-ready delivered to printers on deadline
